What is the return policy?

Personalized pieces are final sale. All other unworn jewelry in its original packaging is eligible to be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund or exchange once it arrives back to us. If we feel the request is not reasonable (damaged or improperly used) we will not accept the return.

How long does each piece take to produce?

All pieces are hand-made to order. Production time is approximately 2 weeks before shipping.

Will my sterling silver piece tarnish?

Yes. Sterling silver loves to show it's age, and we let it! Our pieces are intentionally darkened in some areas bring depth to the detail. Our pieces are also not rhodium plated, so natural tarnishing over time is normal. Each order includes a polishing cloth to easily restore shine.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes—we offer repairs. Each piece is handmade by Anna, so she’ll be more than happy to personally help restore your Modern Ordinary jewelry. Just email anna@modernordinary.nyc to get started.

Do you offer 14k or 18k gold?

Yes! Send and email to info@modernordinary.nyc with a link to the piece you'd like, the color and karat of gold. We will follow up with a link for you to check out.
